The Fast ForWord® Program at TECHConnection, FRA, Assistive Technology

The Fast ForWord® Program will be held for 6-8 weeks
(to allow for individual student completion of the program.)
June 30 – August 22, 2008 (closed on 7/4)

Participants must choose one of the following sessions to attend:
Session 1: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Session 2: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM
(Snacks provided.)

Based upon a pre-test, the students will use one of the following intensive software products for 2 hours per day: Fast ForWord® Language, Fast ForWord to Literacy, Language to Reading, Reading Series 1-5. The professional staff will include certified Special Education Teachers who have been licensed by Scientific Learning to implement Fast ForWord® products.

Cost: $1,900
This cost includes the FastForWord® Software Program for each student, user weekly updates and progress graphs, pre- and post-testing and a snack.

$500.00 deposit is required to reserve a space.
$900.00 must be paid by 6/11/08 so that we can purchase and install the software program for each student.
Balance is due by 6/27/08.

IMPORTANT DATES!!

April 24, 2008 – Open House 7 – 9 PM for Parents and Educators Only (no children)
April 28 – May 30, 2008 – Pre-testing will be held to determine if the student will benefit from the program and to confirm the appropriate program to order.
June 6, 2008 – Registration Ends! Individual software programs must be ordered. A minimum payment of $900.00 must be received by this date.
June 27, 2008 – Balance is due.
June 30, 2008 – Fast ForWord® Class begins! (No class on 7/4.)

Students will receive a post test at the completion of their Fast ForWord® Program.
